Education and Training replaces the “square wheels of ignorance with round wheels of knowledge.”

At one point or another, every one of us has been confronted with having to learn something new with little or no help. The phrase, “Running by the seat of their pants.” is applicable here. And, the “running” was done with the square wheels firmly attached.

Walman's Education and Training Programs place the round wheels on the learning process to meet your particular needs in a fast changing market. We offer Diverse educational programs to address the needs of the eyecare professional and cover all aspects of the retail ophthalmic industry including product promotion, technical information and skills and ethical sales tools, all in a professional setting.

Presentations are conducted by nationally known ophthalmic instructors and other key Walman sales, technical and operations personnel. Most of the lectures we offer are fully ABO or NCLE certified.
