Accounts Receivable Clerk II- Corporate Finance Dept

To perform tasks required for an accurate Accounts Receivable System. Set up new accounts daily and maintain customer master file. Keys customer payments daily into computer system. Perform customer sevice duties as needed. Work with controller on preparing and distributing accurate financial reports. Customer Service background and strong communication skills required. Spanish is a defintite plus! Accounting degree and/or 3-5 yrs exp in general bookkeeping or account receivable. Excellent keyboarding skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Must be able to manage varied duties with varied overseers.

Optical Industry exp in manufacturing & production. Exp in workflow analysis. Must have excellent understanding of branch operations for optimal production, automated workflow efficiencies & robotics. Optical lab management software knowledge, DVI preferred. Business process design software knowledge. Strong leadership & communications skills. Strong organizational, motivational & admninistrative skills along with the ability to train and direct personnel. Extensive travel req'd.

Ability to analyze and understand business and financial issues,as well as, marketing plans. 5 yrs optical industry exp including working in or calling on retail optical businesses. 4 yr college degree with emphasis on business related fields preferred. ABO Certificiation desirable. Travel with overnight requirements.
